Our swimwear is designed to provide a sculpting, supportive fit while remaining comfortable to wear. We recommend using the measurements below as a guide to find your best fit.

Fit Notes

  • Our swimwear fits true to size with a slightly more fitted feel.
  • If you're between sizes or prefer a less fitted look, we recommend sizing up.
  • If you prefer more coverage we also recommend sizing up
  • Adjustable tie styles offer a more flexible fit.
  • Our structured bra styles and swim dresses include removable push-up padding for customizable support. If you have a fuller bust or prefer additional cup room, sizing up may provide a more comfortable fit.
  • If you're purchasing a monokini and have a longer torso, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

This guide is intended as a general recommendation only. Bra sizing can vary significantly depending on your band size, breast shape, and preferred level of coverage. We recommend using this as a starting point alongside our body measurements.

Please note: This is only a guide. The same bra size can fit very differently depending on your band size, breast shape, and how much coverage you prefer. If you're between sizes or have a fuller bust, you may prefer to size up for additional cup room.

FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. (excluding pre-orders) Once your parcel is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your swimwear’s journey. Delivery within Australia usually takes 2–7 business days. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for carrier delays or damage

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us ASAP using our contact form or email us at info@lalaswim.com.au

How do I care for my swimwear?

Rinse in cold water after use, hand wash with mild detergent, and lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals and rough surfaces.

Is your swimwear sustainable?

Yes! We are committed to sustainability by using recycled fabrics, eco-friendly BeaverPack packaging, and small-batch production to reduce waste.

How do I know what size to order?

Most of our pieces run true to size, but some styles may have unique fits. Fit notes are included in the product descriptions, or you can refer to the size guide at the bottom of this page!

Please note that due to manufacturing variations, the fit of each collection may differ slightly. These variations are not considered faults.

Return policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

International Orders !!
  • All prices and shipping rates are listed in AUD.
  • Duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout (included in the shipping cost)
  • Please note we do not currently offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

Our bikinis are made from 80% recycled polyamide (nylon) and 20% spandex

returns policy

Return Eligibility
  • We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns and exchanges are offered for Australia and New Zealand orders only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on other international orders.

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed with all original tags and hygiene liners attached. Free of makeup, deodorant marks, or perfume scents

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes SALE items & and any discounted item using a code from 10% or more

We are not able to take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.

To ensure your parcel arrives safely, please make sure it is sent with a tracking number

Returns that do not include a clear order number, name or contact information may not be identifiable and therefore cannot be refunded.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms. We kindly ask that you try on our swim shorts while wearing suitable undergarments

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@lalaswim.com.au within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Once approved, we’ll refund or replace it as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help!
Just make sure:

  • The item is unworn, with tags and hygiene sticker still attached
  • You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
  • we do not accept exchanges for bikini bottoms due to hygiene reasons
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is not available, we will be unable to process an exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are offered for Australia and New Zealand orders only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on other international orders.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    This includes SALE items & and any discounted item using a code from 10% or more
  • for exchanges, return shipping is at the customers expense and we can cover shipping of the new item :)

Return shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We suggest using a tracked service to make sure your swimwear arrives back to us safely.

Non-returnable items

We’re all about hygiene and fairness, so we can't accept returns or exchanges if:

  • Tags or hygiene liners are removed
  • Bikini bottoms
  • The item has been worn or washed
  • The product was marked as final sale or used a discount code of 10% or more
